Meet Michele
Michele was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. A 4th generation Californian, she has happily called Santa Barbara home for more than 20 years. Michele has a strong sense of design, a creative vision and an appreciation for architecture. Michele has always had a passion for homes.
She says “I used to beg my dad to stop in the open houses on the way home from church on Sunday…”
Michele has a background in customer service and sales, and because of her extensive experience in the community, she also has a knowledge and appreciation of unique local neighborhoods to help buyers find the best fit for them. Michele has launched her “second act” in 2013 with a full-time career in real estate.
Michele served on the first committee of ladies to help launch the Angels Foster Care fundraising committee.

Meet Lindsay
Skillful, thoughtful, and savvy, Lindsay Parrish Semler is a breath of fresh air in the Santa Barbara Real Estate scene. With Santa Barbara as her hometown, she brings equal parts knowledge and passion in every part of her work in Real Estate.
With the mindset that no transaction is ever a one-and-done deal, she cherishes her client relationships with tenacious hard work and strategic problem-solving. Turning, at times the impossible into possible while earning her clients’ trust every step of the way.
Lindsay knows the meaning of hard work. She majored in Entrepreneurship at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. While there, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree while she competed for the Division I USC swim team all 4 years where she became a United States National Champion and Two-Time All American.
Since moving back to Santa Barbara in 2015 she has been a part of 94 real estate transactions, totaling over $315 million in closed sales.

How It Works
1. You and your agent work together to decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget for the work.
2. When you're ready to start, your Compass agent will be by your side as you engage vendors and commission work.
3. Once the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market.
4. You'll pay for the services when one of the following happens — your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date.
